Everybody feels guilty about how few scooter events they've made it to this year, right? Everybody likes a hamburger, right? Everybody likes to ride, right? (just not too far and if its convenient and the grass has been mowed and the dishwasher emptied....feeling guilty yet?) How about Saturday, October 27th, ~2pm Ride from Flagpole Hill (North end of White Rock Lake) to Jakes Old-Fashioned Hamburgers in Uptown. That's about an 8 mile ride. I figure we can hang out at flagpole hill for an hour and then head over to uptown at about 3:30. Bring a thermos of coffee, a guitar, a frisbee, a kite. Discretely enjoy splendor in the grass. Jack, bring your easel and oils.

and then rode to Jake's on McKinney to eat with scooter friends
